Dear Sirs,
We are Simtex Industries Ltd., Manufacturers Representatives and Export Brokers operating in Miami, Florida. We wish to link up with a supplier of Used Grade A Brand Name Jeans and your company has been recommended.
Our clients consists primarily of importers and distributors of consumer goods, soft goods and electronics in Latin America and the Caribbean.
We have recently received some enquiries about used brand name jeans and have been directed to contact your company as a reliable and reputable supplier of quality merchandise. Most of our clients are established customers and it is in our interest to ensure that the supplier is prepared to stand behind his guarantee of quality merchandise,hence our contacting you with the following questions. I have tried to ask all the questions that I know my clients will ask so please forgive me if I am rather verbose. Please bear with me as we are new to the used clothing business and there are a lot of questions and points that we need to clarify re this market in order to ensure that our clients, who have been clients for a number of years, get a fair deal, value for money and so keep on being our clients.
In other words we are not looking for a one shot deal.

1) How are your jeans packed. Can you pack in of 50 or 100 of the same size of Grade A jeans -- assorted brand names? How about same brand name, same size?

2) If assorted sizes per pack , can you pack by brand names?
3) How many packs of 50 jeans would it take to fill a 20ft container? How many of 100?
4) How many packs of each would it take to fill a 40ft. container
5) Should our clients wish to order a sample pack of 50 or 100 to inspect the quality can you oblige? Of course they will have to pay for it.
6) What is the approximate weight of a pack of 100 jeans? Weight of a 50 pack ?
7) Of the 50 or 100 jeans per pack what is the approximate percentage of well known brand name jeans to no-name or lesser known brand names?
8) Is there a special price for export for container loads.
What are your prices per pair of jeans? What is your price per lb.?
9) What Guarantee do you offer as to the quality or your merchandise.?
10) What are the size ranges that you can offer both in ladies and gents jeans?
11) What is your nearest port for export shipping? Can you quote FAS port for a 20ft. container? A 40ft. container?
12) Should our clients request less than a container load, how would the jeans be packed and shipped?
Please keep in mind that at this point we are only interested in Grade A Brand Name Jeans.

Please bear with us on all these questions but we wish to clarify all these points before contacting our clients as it would seem that the potential is promising for repeat business should the product be of an appropriate quality.
