1) Do not expect real buyers to use the InterNet. Only brokers (like you and me ) do. (Ever come across Shell or Exxon wants to buy oil no the Net ?)2) Nobody gives bank comfort letter, young man . Nobody is that stupid !
3) If your Seller is genuine, perhaps you can sell to Texaco or Chevron.
