Our buyers that we represent have an immediate need for the cassava root that I have listed below. Please note that the
Letter of Credit is ready to be issued to any supplier who can provide us with the product.

Please supply us with the following information:

1. What country origin will the product be coming from?
2. After the initial order for 12000MT, the buyer is prepared to sign a one year contract for 200000MT. How much can the
seller supply at one time? How often can the seller supply this quantity?
3. The buyer has stated that since they would be signing a contract for such a large quantity, that the CNF price would have
to be USD $70/MT.
4. Please inform us the present status of cassava supply. How much does the supplier currently have in their warehouses?
Also, when is the next harvest expected and what would the shipping schedule be to complete the 12000MT and
200000MT orders?
5. Prior to signing the 200000MT contract, the Chinese buyers would need to send representatives to inspect the product
and view the processing plants. Would this cause any problems? More than likely, myself and an associate of mine would be
the parties sent to do the inspection.
6. Prior to signing the contract, the seller would need to produce proof of product documentation. (Warehouse Receipt)
