Seller is Central Asian Government and requires:
a) Buyer's name, bank and bank letter of legitimacy
b) Buyer agrees to 4% Gross, 2% Net
Pre-requisites a & b are absolutely non-negotiable.
Buyer accepts a & b - then I will fax the FCO.
After pre-qualifying it's bank to bank.
Seller has second 1000MT contract B for the right buyer.
