We have three major marketing channels available
through which your product lines can be sold
throughout the NAFTA countries:
One concentrates on the highly profitable independent
Value Added Reseller channel selling to medium/large
business customers and large retailers
The second is a direct marketing channel, e-commerce style,
utilizing the largest wireless nationwide ISP services organization
(Metricom), selling directly to the small businesses and consumers
The third is a strategic ally of a large promotional company
concentrating on promotional campaigns sponsored by large
corporations and foundations
We would like to organize as a ValueAddedTraderImporter (VATI)
as a joint venture with your Company to sell through and support
the above three sales channels.
Your Company would have significant interest in the VATI
at no cost to you. We would arrange the necessary finance
including, if so desired, taking this VATI public to the
investors of some of the above marketing channel companies.
This would be done through Direct-Stock-Market Inc, a web based
financial firm.
