LONDON, 28th APRIL, 1998
Dear Sirs,
We, DELTA GENERAL TRADING (UK) LTD, MOUNTVIEW COURT 1148 HIGH ROAD LONDON / ENGLAND as Buyer, confirm, with full responsibility that we are ready, willing to Buy Second Hand (scrap) Batteries, under the following terms and conditions:
Commodity Second Hand (Scrap) Car/Trucks Batteries
Origin Sellers options
Destination Mediterranean/Red Sea Ports
Specification All Batteries must be without waters /acid etc. but containing the regular / Standard L E A D
Quantity Upto 20,000 MTNS Till and 1998, provided all orders are executed property and correct.
Mediterranean/Red Sea Ports
Shipment First shipment of this order of 1,000 - 3,000 must be delivered accordingly
Packing All Batteries must be packed in wooden paletts, strongly W I R E D. Each palett to weight approx. one (1) ton, as per Draft below.
Payment Against Irrevocable Letter of Credit to your favour through your Bank to the favour of the End-Sellers.
Partial Shipments A L L O W E D by sea from Seller Port TO ASW PORT
Transhipments N O T A L L O W E D
Performance Bond Two Percent (2%) Performance Bond
Validity This L.O.I. (Letter of Intent is V A L I D for 5 Days
Please confirm acceptance till 5TH MAY, 1998, by signing below and Re-Fax your F.C.O. (Full Corporate Offer) back to us, with copy of the export licence from your AUTHORITIES proving that the scrap Batteries are allowed for EXPORT.
