The business plan of manufacture was reviewed and
approved in the USA in 1997, but the author of the
project was not ready for the negotiation with
international business organizations.The first
manufacture is opening in Russia in May of 1998.
Brief description of the manufacture:
It produce the oil from the refined tyres, and also
it produce the gas from the coal, which source is located
in central part of Russia. We are looking for business
partners with investment of $5 mn dollars and with
opening of an enterprise between our countries.
