Hi, my name is David L. Jew, Pres. of Inno-Scents, Inc., Pacoima, CA We are a direct manufacturer of incense products. We received a letter of credit from one of our major retail customer and need to borrow at least half of the $400,000 to purchase raw materials and canisters from overseas.
Anyone can assist me without charging an arm and a leg to get the l/c financed. Our current bank is being sold and cannot due any more loan deals. Any bank will also be able to issue a PMSI (purchase money security interest) or our bank will subordinate to the lending bank.
