I have a unique program where your investment is secured by a Certificate of Deposit from a reputable bank yielding an interest of 5% for 1 year. In fact the interest is deductible at the time of investment i.e. you invest only 95% of the amount and receive a CD for 100% of the investment for 1 year. The effective interest earned is over 5.26%.
Once the money is invested, it is pooled in along with other investments made by our other members and invested in a particular program available at that time. There is no membership fee charged and no loans to be given to anybody. The CD is issued by the bank in YOUR NAME. At the time a particular program is available (when the required money is accumulated and ready), you are informed about the program and its details with regard to the yields and period. On approval by you and after signing of the required documents, the CD is used for investment in the program.
