Seeking to obtain loan against a PN for $5 million (or a smaller PN of $500,000) issued by a company in Latin America. Company owns land with mineral deposits for development and also land for suburban development. PN is supported by a guarantee issued by an unrated insurance company.
The initial funding is to finance the first phase of a multi million dollar development. Information concerning the company, development, land survey and insurance guarantee can be evidenced.
