I have a PURCHASER interested in buying all your assets, if they are free and clear of all lien and encimbrances.
The Bank at its own expenses will order an appraisal and an agreed FAIR MARKET PRICE will be established.

Use 1st Chicago or Chase Manhattan ( you pay USA taxes )
Or use International bank such as Barclays or a TOP SWISS BANK (NO TAXES)
The payment for the purchase price will be paid as follows:
You will receive 1.50%, of the agreed price, every month for 36 months and you will receive the further final sum of 87.50 % of the agreed price,at the end of 36 months, at which time the property is transferred to the Bank.
You will also have the option to buy back the asset at the end of 36 months or continue with the 1.50% for another 36 months and again and again and again.
If you are interested in this program, send me a complete list of your assets its values and appraisals and the proof of ownership , Minimum ONE MILLION DOLLARS, maximum UNLIMITED. Next thing we do is sign a N/C , N/D and my commission/bonus agreement with me, which has nothing to do with the bank & once we have this in place we can then proceed.
My associates will have Hypothecation of Assets and Appraisal etc. in place within
20 business days and your payment vouchers will be received for 36 months within
30 days of closing.
We will take any kind of assets, land building, bonds, gold mine, diamond mine
anything, subject to appraisal. Must be free & clear title.
