Looking for program

I am looking for someone who can offer a pre-advise CD/Bank Guarantee from a major bank against me moving my 1M into the bank. My current bank is too small for acceptance into programs, but I will not take any chances of losing the interest rate I am recieving. I will move my money to the major bank for at least one year.
